URSUS production has started
On 20 December the POL-MOT Warfama S.A. launched the production of test series URSUS tractors. Firstly in Lublin will be produced tractors with engines delivering up to 110 HP, but the planis to extend the range of produced tractors with horsepower from 50 to 160. According to the plans, production will be located in branch in Lublin in former Cars Factory in Melgiewska street. Tractors are used primarily in agriculture, but also can be designed to work in horticulture, municipal services, forestry, and others.

URSUS Original parts in good shops
POL-MOT Warfama S.A. concluded with the company Zakład Produkcyjno-Handlowy ROL-MAR Andrzej Markowski the License Agreement to use URSUS trademarks in determining parts for tractors. The agreement enabled the company the right to control the products offered to the final customer. Placed on the sale of high quality parts and components are distinguished only URSUS trademarks.

Ursus in Lublin - the new investment in the automotive sector
Later this year, the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama SA plans to launch production of the first test series of tractors sold under the brand URSUS. According to the plans the production of tractors will be located in the branch in Lublin, in the former car factory at Mełgiewska street. As the Management Board predicts, the trail batch of URSUS comprising minimum 50 tractors leave the assembly line before the end of the year. These tractors are designed primarily for use in agriculture, but also orchards, municipal services, forestry and others.

Bankruptcy petition of Ursus sp. z o.o. does not threaten the brand URSUS
29th June 2011as a result of the existing situation in the acquired entity, a new shareholder with a new Management Board of the company Ursus was forced to take action in accordance with the Code of law, i.e. the immediate submission of the application for bankruptcy including liquidation of the debtor's assets - Ursus sp. z o.o.

The next step in the URSUS
On May 10, 2011 the Management Board of POL-MOT Warfama SA received from the company Bumar sp z o.o. information that the day before (May 9, 2011) the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Bumar sp. z o.o. had agreed to the sale (held by Bumar sp z o.o.) Ursus sp. z o.o. shares and disposal of fixed assets of Bumar sp. z o.o. in the form of trademarks of Ursus sp z o.o. Thus, one of the precedent conditions from which was dependent the entry into force of the abovementioned Agreement (concluded on April 26, 2011) is fulfilled.
