We bought the part of former Truck Factory in Lublin.

On October 14, 2010 POL-MOT Warfama SA signed an agreement with the bankruptcy trustee  of the Company DAEWOO MOTOR POLAND Ltd. to buy part of the facilities of the former Truck Factory in Lublin.

For the production halls with an area of 26 thousand sqm. company paid 6.5 million PLN.

Some of the property previously acquired by the Issuer with R & D center and production of machinery and equipment were leased till now. The investment was financed in part from own funds and investment credit.

Acquired property will constitute the Company's branch office in Lublin. In the new location the Issuer will produce among others: trailers, vacuum trucks, agricultural tractors and cars Grand Tiger. There will be also extended the research and development division, which main task will be to develop construction documentation of new products, prototyping and testing.

- In the near future we intend to transfer to Lublin the production of  trailer, trailers, vacuum trucks, agricultural tractors and cars “Grand Tiger” - said Karol Zarajczyk, vice president of POL-MOT Warfama SA.
- Transfer of production will allow us to extend the series production, which in turn have a considerable impact on increasing the profitability of products.

The authorities in the Lublin branch also provides launch new products such as car trailers. The acquired property is located in the immediate vicinity of the company's land at Mełgiewskiej 7-9 in Lublin.

Property are located at the main exit road from Lublin, among others towards the airport in Swidnik.

POL-MOT Warfama SA is one of the biggest Polish producers of agricultural equipment and the only company in the industry of agricultural machinery and equipment, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2009 the company received an approval certificate for a car ZX Auto – the trade name "Grand Tiger. " The Company has a factory in Dobre Miasto situated near Olsztyn and three divisions in Biedaszki Małe near Kętrzyn, in Lublin and in Opalenica near Poznań. The Company specializes in the production of roll balers, bale wrapping machines, manure spreaders, trailers, front loaders TUR and tractors. A wide range of products has been extended to technological line for production of ecological briquettes, which is currently the most efficient line of this type in the domestic market.
