POL-MOT Warfama S.A. concluded with the company Zakład Produkcyjno-Handlowy ROL-MAR Andrzej Markowski the License Agreement to use URSUS trademarks in determining parts for tractors. The agreement enabled the company the right to control the products offered to the final customer. Placed on the sale of high quality parts and components are distinguished only URSUS trademarks.
Under the agreement was created the licensed system of national distribution tractor spare parts under its original name Ursus, signed with a recognizable logo with an image of a brown bear. In addition, parties were given the opportunity to market high quality products implementing the strategy of Pol-Mot Warfama SA for the revitalization of the well-known brand over a hundred years, also in the segment of spare parts.
- The appearance on the market high-quality original spare parts for tractors URSUS for those who will use them is a kind of guarantee of longer life and reduced defect even most exploited URSUS tractors - said Charles Zarajczyk, Executive Vice President of POL-MOT Warfama SA.
The actions implemented by the Management Board are the expression of the strategy, adopted by the board, to progressively increase the sales volume of tractors and spare parts so that in the near future become a leader in this market segment. After concluding the license agreement, the only parties authorized to use URSUS trademarks are POL-MOT Warfama SA and ZPH ROL-MAR Andrzej Markowski. No other entity is authorized to use URSUS trademarks owned by Company. In the case of unauthorized use of the URSUS trademarks by third parties, POL-MOT Warfama SA will take steps required by law to protect their interests.
